	We are located in NE Texas, 125 miles East of Dallas on I-30 or 80 miles west of Texarkana on I-30. Click on the map at the left to obtain additional driving info from your location. Check the map below for detailed directions to our farm once you get to Mt. Vernon.


	Directions from Mt. Vernon From red light on south I-30 service road and Hwy 37: South on Hwy 37 for approx 1 mile to Hwy 21 (Farmers Marker & Café on corner) take left and go to Hwy 115 (red light), take a right. Go approx. 6 miles to Hwy 3122 (Century 21 Real Estate office on corner), take a left, go until the road dead ends on Hwy 2723, take a left, we are the second drive on the left. Beige building and barn, horse corrals and boats.


	Directions from Pittsburg Going North on Hwy 271 , thru Pittsburg, there will be a Chevron station on the left, then a red light. Take a left at the light, Loop 179, go till it dead ends at Hwy 11, take a right, go approx 5 1/2 mi., (after going thru Leesburg approx. 1/4 mile) to FM 1519, take a right, go approx 5 1/2 mi., at the stop sign stay to the left on FM 1448, take a right on Hwy 115 , (at the fork hold to the left), (you will cross over the lake) go approx . 7 miles to FM 3122 (Century 21 office on right) , take a right on FM 3122 go until it dead ends, take a left on FM 2723, we are the second drive on the left.


	Directions from Winnsboro Take Hwy 37 north out of Winnsboro, go approx 12 miles to FM 900 (community of Purley) take a right on 900, it will dead end at FM 115, take a left, go approx 1 1/2 mi. to FM 3122 (Century 21 office on right), take a right on FM 3122, it will dead end at FM 2723, take a left, we are the second drive on the left.


	Directions from Mt. Pleasant From Hwy 271 and FM 127--(red light, Shell station on one corner, Chevron station on the other) go on FM 127 over Lake Monticello to FM 2882 (Country Korner store) take a right, go approx 3 miles to Fm 3007, take a left (old white building on left) go approx 2 miles to Fm 3122 (at top of hill) take a right, will dead end at Fm 2723, take a right. We are the second drive on the left (approx. 1/2 mile)
